Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2015, the Defendant damaged the land and obstructed traffic by making the non- packing road of 2.4m width, which belongs to the above dry field part, into the dry field in the dry field owned by the Defendant, located in the Young-gun, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do.
