Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

From March 24, 2015 to March 27, 2015, the Defendant, while working for molding in the dry field owned by the Defendant located in the Gangseo-gun B from March 27, 2015, destroyed part of the boundary of the victim by having E, the victim owned the dry field owned by the Defendant, and the market value of the D dry field owned by the victim C, which was located in the boundary of the victim’s dry field owned by the Defendant.
