Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2015, from around 12:30 to 13:30 on April 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) left posts to the lower end of 300m radius of 300m from Yangsan City to the lower end of the forest road; and (b) linked to the hacks to the hacks.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with traffic by blocking the passage through the land.
