Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sets up a spawn farmer in Kimcheon-si C dry field, and the victim D is a person who sets up a spawn farmer in the E dry field directly adjacent to the defendant's dry field.

1. As a result of the boundary surveying around 19:00 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that part of his spath field was included in the spath field at the victim’s above spath field; (b) removed the earth of the Defendant’s dry field, which serves as a boundary mark between the Defendant’s dry field and the victim’s dry field, by removing the earth of the Defendant’s dry field as a method of covering it into the victim’s dry field; and

The Defendant damaged the property damage due to the following: (a) the victim’s soil was stored in the victim’s dry field in the date and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1); and (b) the market price of the spawned tree 14gs, which is the victim’s possession, was buried in the soil speed; and (c) the spawned tree spawned from the market price of the spaws.
