1. Defendant G: (a) four years of imprisonment; (b) three years of imprisonment; (c) one year of imprisonment; and (d) five years of imprisonment; and (e) Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant G, A

A. On September 15, 2015, Defendant G, along with Defendant A, planned with Defendant A to enter China into the Republic of Korea to smuggling (one name “propopon”; hereinafter “propopon”). Defendant A, with Defendant A, left China on September 11, 2015 with Defendant A at the expense of purchasing propopon, left Korea with Defendant A, and then 50g of propopon from an unwritten Chinese person’s name, which is a book selling propopon, and as a result, 300,000 won to the unwritten person.

After that, Defendant G, by dividing the instant phiphone into half of Defendant A, put the said phiphone into the white paper of vinyl, concealed them into each of its own panty lines on September 14, 2015, after leaving China’s Cheongdo around September 17:30, 2015 and arrived at the 2 international passenger terminal in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon, at around 11:00 on September 15, 2015.

As a result, Defendant G and A imported phiphones, a local mental medicine, even if they were not the narcotics handler.

B. On November 3, 2015, Defendant G conspiredd with Defendant A to continuously carry in philophones into China along with Defendant A. On October 31, 2015, Defendant G left China with Defendant A at the expense of purchasing philophones. After Defendant A’s departure from China on October 31, 2015, Defendant A, who suffered approximately 50 grams of philophones from Chinese in the name-free Chinese injury, and in return, 300,000 won from the name-free Chinese person.

After that, Defendant G, by dividing the instant phiphone into half of Defendant A, put the said phiphone into the white paper of vinyl and concealed it into each of its own panty lines, after which Defendant G opened the Chinese Cheongdo around November 2, 2015 and arrived at the 2 international passenger terminal located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Port-dong 7 A around November 3, 2015.

As a result, Defendant G and A are medical drugs with a spirit, even if they are not the narcotics handler.
