Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. E, which is located in the philophone imported Defendant and China's single-dong, intended to divide into 7:3 benefits from bringing and selling philophone into the Republic of Korea from the Chinese single-dong.
1) On March 10, 2016, E put about five g of philophones into a transparent vinyl at around 00, and deducts the caps located in the hot water sheet controler, put them into the said philophones on the spot. (b) The Defendant received approximately 23:0 on April 23:0, 2016, after receiving instructions from the above E, and took approximately 25 glophones contained in B in the front parking lot located in Ansan City members G.
2. On June 6, 2016, at around 22:40, the Defendant received instructions from the above E, and used Kwikset service with approximately four grams of phiphonephones, sent it to the entrance and exit of J 3 in Sungnam-si I, Sungnam-si, and had K receive it at that place.
