1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two years and six months;

However, with respect to Defendant A, it shall be for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. The importing Defendants of marijuana imported marijuana via the Internet to smoke or sell it.

2) Defendant B visited the above site on February 2016 and ordered 28g of hemp to the person who was not the name of Defendant B.

The person whose name is influencies, starting from Canada around that time and arriving in the Incheon International Airport, sent a box of hemp 28g of this 28g, which was hidden, through aviation M.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to import marijuana 28g.

3) Defendant B visited the above site on March 2016 and ordered 56g of hemp to the person who was not the victim of the name.

The above-mentioned person who started from Canada around that time and arrived at the Incheon International Public Port, sent 56g of hemp 56g of this, through the U.S. J of France.
