1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for adding the results of the on-site inspection by the court of first instance as evidence submitted in the court of first instance, which is evidence of insufficient or rejected evidence of the plaintiff's argument, as evidence of the lack or rejection of the plaintiff's argument. Thus, it is accepted as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance that dismissed the plaintiff's claim of this case is justifiable. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
