1. The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) the “A” of the first instance judgment No. 3 is cited as the “Defendant”; and (b) the additional evidence submitted at the court of the first instance, which is the lack or rejection of the Plaintiff’s assertion, is the same as the part of the reasons in the first instance judgment, and thus, (c) it is cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance that dismissed the plaintiff's claim of this case is justifiable. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
