1. The plaintiff's appeal is all dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) the “J” of the first instance court No. 2, No. 17 of the second instance court’s ruling is dismissed as K; and (b) the additional evidence submitted at the court of the first instance as additional evidence for the lack or rejection of the Plaintiff’s assertion is the same as the part of the reasons for the Defendants in the first instance judgment, and thus, (c) the same shall apply to the Defendants under the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance that dismissed all the plaintiff's claims against the defendants is justifiable. Thus, all of the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
