The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the facts charged against the Defendant is that “The Defendant publicly insultd the victim by publicly insulting the victim by stating that “The victim was a son who changed the insurance fraud through the bals of the weather and the insurance fraud,” while there are many people on the alleyway that is adjacent to the Busan plane captain market around November 20, 2017.”

Therefore, this is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when a complaint is filed pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim can be aware of the fact that the complaint was revoked after the public prosecution of this case is instituted, the public prosecution against the defendant is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
