The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On October 29, 2016, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim E by openly insulting the victim, such as “C” to the victim E, who was a place where there is a general person for the reason that E is soliciting the Defendant to return home on the ground that the circumstances belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station D branch of the Busan Police Station, who was called out after receiving a report that he was a person who was killed within the main point of “C” located in Suwon-gu, Busan, the main point of “C” located in Suwon-gu, Busan, and on the ground that E is soliciting the Defendant to return home.

2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and can be prosecuted only upon a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.

In this regard, the victim revoked the complaint after the prosecution of this case.

Therefore, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
