The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On April 2, 2016, at around 18:40, the Defendant, on the street in front of the C cafeteria located in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu, insulting the victim publicly insultd the victim by saying, among citizens, E, etc., the victim is well aware of the fact that he/she did not wear a safety mother on the ground that he/she did not harm the ship, on the ground that he/she did not harm the ship.

2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and can be prosecuted only upon a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.

In this regard, the victim revoked the complaint after the prosecution of this case.

Therefore, the prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
