A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won by the Daejeon District Court for a violation of Road Traffic Act (drinking), and on January 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of four million won by the Daejeon District Court for a violation of Road Traffic Act (drinking).

On February 6, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.119% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven a c emulter truck from around 17:49 to around 302-4, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province without obtaining a driver’s license.

Therefore, although the defendant had a record of driving a drinking vehicle more than twice, he again driven a motor vehicle while drunk without obtaining a driver's license.

On January 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Daejeon District Court on January 18, 2008. On January 28, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Daejeon District Court on January 28, 2016.

1. Violation of traffic laws on roads, and violation of traffic laws on roads;

A. On February 29, 2016, the Defendant driven a C Poter Cargo at a section of approximately 300 meters from the front Do in the Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon to the same gym-wing distance from the same Do, without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol content of 0.080% during blood.

Therefore, although the defendant had a record of driving a drinking vehicle more than twice, he again driven a motor vehicle while drunk without obtaining a driver's license.

B. On March 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a C Poter Cargo in the area of about 1km from the Do in the Seo-gu, Daejeon-ro 57-o, Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol content 0.109% during blood transfusion, and driving a C Poter Cargo in the area of about 1km from the Do in the middle-gu, Daejeon-gu to the shopping marina road.

Accordingly, although the defendant had a record of driving drinking at least twice, he/she shall obtain a driver's license.
