A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a fine of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on February 16, 2010, a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) at the same court on April 26, 2010, a summary order of KRW 6 million for a fine of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) at the Changwon District Court on July 11, 2014. On July 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 6 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on the same court on July 16, 2015, and the decision became final and conclusive on July 16, 2015.

1. On December 29, 2015, at around 07:17, the Defendant driven an I-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the convenience store in the vicinity of the Il-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the same 10km of alcohol level from around 0.132% of the blood alcohol level from the 10km section to the front of the same Go-dong, Young-dong, Yangdong-dong, Changdong-dong, Mawon-dong, and without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On January 7, 2016, around 15:10, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 1km from the front line of the arm’s length tower in Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the front line of the 39 association in the same field.

On March 19, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on March 19, 2016, driven the E-Poter two cargo vehicles at approximately KRW 700 meters from the area from the second apartment 219 parking lot to the K E-T parking lot located in the same J, from the second apartment 219 parking lot to the second apartment mate parking lot located in the same J.

2. On March 19, 2016, around 04:30 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen one of the Defendant’s E-Poter two cargo loaded a victim’s LM string and 3 gas delivery truck parked in the K-T parking lot located in the Sinsan-si, Busan-si, Busan-si, with the market value of KRW 87,000, which is the victim’s ownership.
