Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 9,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2013, the Defendant was issued a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on February 21, 2013.

On October 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one-year imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law at the Daejeon District Court on the grounds of a violation of road traffic law, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 14, 2015.

On June 10, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.0894% during blood transfusion, driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.
