1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 347,883,314 and KRW 110,526,00 among them, Defendant A shall be from January 1, 2013 to May 19, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a construction company and a construction company that newly constructs and sells a F apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) with a scale of 1,628 units on the land of 72,182,593 square meters in Jung-gu, Incheon Free Economic Zone. The Defendants are the buyers of the instant apartment household.
B. 1) The Plaintiff concluded a sales contract and options construction contract for the instant apartment as indicated below (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendants as to the instant apartment as to the sales contract (hereinafter “instant apartment”).
(1) The Defendants paid the remainder of KRW A, D, 329,540,00 on November 5, 2009, No. 1112 B, No. 1804 on January 25, 2010, No. 1111, No. 328,180,00 on January 28, 201, No. 1602, No. 328,180,000 on April 28, 201, No. 2201, No. 2203, Nov. 31, 2009; the Defendants paid the remainder of KRW 329,540,000 on April 31, 203, 209; and the Defendants paid the remainder of KRW 160,000 on the date of concluding the sales contract in this case to the Plaintiff.
The payment, balance, and each payment period of the Defendants stated in the contract for sale in this case are as listed below (Ⅱ).

(B) The Plaintiff entered into a contract deposit and paid the down payment to the Plaintiff. [Attachment III] The remainder (20%) of the Defendant contract date deposit (80%) (80%) (80%) (2,470,000 won on June 6, 2010 by the date of designation of occupancy).
