1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 343,094,174 and KRW 115,880,00 among them, Defendant B shall be from January 1, 2013 to June 17, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff newly constructed Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”)

As to the Defendants, the sales contract in question (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendants as follows.

(1) The Defendants: (a) paid the down payment to the Plaintiff on January 2, 201; (b) No. 1 B 104, No. 1703, Nov. 22, 2010; (c) No. 2 C 108, 180,000, Jan. 22, 2010; (d) No. 328,180,000 3D 103, 2801, No. 2801, Nov. 31, 2009, No. 2401, Nov. 31, 2009; (b) the Defendants agreed to pay the down payment to the Plaintiff on Nov. 22, 201; and (c) the intermediate payment to the Plaintiff on Nov. 31, 200, No. 3290,309; and (d) the Defendants agreed to pay the down payment to the Plaintiff on the date of the instant sales contract.

The payment, balance, and each payment period of the Defendants stated in the instant sales contract shall be as follows:

B. In the instant sales contract where the Plaintiff’s intermediate payments are arranged and interest is paid in advance, ① the Plaintiff mediates the Defendants to receive an intermediate payment loan, and then the intermediate payment interest is settled later by the month to which the date of inspection belongs.
