B. On June 10, 2017, around 18:44, the Defendant intruded into the above women’s toilet with a view to taking a strings of melting women in the F Station Underground shopping center located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E in a female toilet.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A.
