Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2017, at around 20:45, the Defendant entered the 3th female toilets in Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and took pictures and photographs of the buckbucks of the victim’s name in the toilet by hiding it in the use of cell S6 Handphones, and using cell S6 Handphones in the toilet.

In addition, the Defendant, at the same place at around 20:55 on the same day, taken a screen image of the victim's name in the name of the victim (a woman) by using his/her ID S6 Handphones, and taking advantage of the next partitions at the same place.

On January 29, 2018, around 14:55, the defendant entered the 3rd female toilets of the Seo-gu Daejeon apartment building, Seo-gu, Daejeon, into a female toilet, and 3) the victim E (man, pseudonym) was taken using his smart camera in an open space.

Accordingly, the Defendant intruded on toilets for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire, and taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, etc. against his will.
