Punishment of the crime

Around 20:00 on April 3, 2017, the Defendant and C conspired to acquire money from an unspecified person in front of the Busan Dong-gu Office Officetel without the actual ability or intent to arrange the commercial sex acts, and the Defendant entices the victim F by advertising to arrange the commercial sex acts in the app with smartphone-rating type “E”, and C by deceiving the victim as if he/she would arrange the commercial sex acts with the victim and by receiving KRW 1.50,000 from the victim to receive the money for arranging the commercial sex acts.
