However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2017, Defendant A, B, and C attempted to purchase sex through the advertisement of “E” mobile phone display “E” around February 2, 2017, Defendant A, B, and C had the intent to acquire the price of sexual traffic by advertising sexual traffic through the same method.

A. On February 28, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendants: (a) advertised sexual traffic brokerage using each person’s cell phone using mobile phone display “E” in front of the YY-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Fro-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Fro-si; (b) the Defendants made a false representation of the intent to purchase sex to Defendant A and made a request for conversation; and (c) if the victims pay the price to the victim, they would arrange sexual traffic.

However, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to arrange sexual traffic even if they received the price for sexual traffic from the victim.

C was granted 160,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from the injured party around 22:30 of the same day.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive the goods.

B. The Defendants attempted to commit fraud, around March 1, 2017, placed an advertisement for sexual traffic brokerage using the cell phone display “E” on the H Mart on the front side of the Heart located in Yasan-gu, Yandong-si, Yandong-si, as of March 1, 2017, and the victim I expressed his/her intent to purchase sex to Defendant C and made a request for conversation, and the victim would have arranged sexual traffic if he/she paid the price to the victim.

However, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to arrange sexual traffic even if they received the price for sexual traffic from the victim.

Defendant

A around 00:40 on the same day, the victim tried to obtain money from 160,000 won and obtain money from the victim, but the victim was suspected of not doing sexual traffic and reported to 112, not doing so.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit an attempted attempt to receive property by deceiving the victim.
