A A shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won and by a fine of 2.0 million won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

피고인들과 C은 2016. 5. 10. 18:00경 서울 이하 불상의 장소에서 휴대폰 채팅앱 즐톡에 ‘D’라는 닉네임으로 ‘지금만나요’라는 대화방을 개설하고 존재하지 않는 성매매녀의 벗은 영상, 여성의 신장, 가슴사이즈 내용을 올려 성매수자들을 유인하고 그 내용을 보고 채팅방에 접속한 불특정 다수의 성매수자들을 상대로 성매매대금을 편취하기로 공모하고, 피고인 A은 실장으로 현장에서 성매수자를 만나 돈을 받고, 피고인 B과 C은 사장 및 업주로 성매수자를 유인하는 문구를 대화방에 올려 성매수자를 모집하는 역할을 분담하였다.

1. At around 18:00 on May 10, 2016, the Defendants and C made a false statement on the advertisement of sexual traffic, stating a woman’s photograph, body weight, chest, and chest, “the 150,000 won,” which is “the son, 1.50,000 won,” in which the Defendant and C had access to the above room and had no way to actually arrange sexual traffic to the victim.

After all, in collusion with C, the Defendants deceivingd the victim as above and acquired 150,000 won from the victim as the price for sexual traffic in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Etel Emergency Gu.

2. On May 12, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendants and C made a false statement on the advertisement of sexual traffic, stating a woman’s photograph, body weight, chest, and chest, “the 150,000 won,” by stating a woman’s photograph, body weight, and chest, which did not exist as if the victim would actually arrange sexual traffic.

However, the Defendants and C did not take women to engage in sexual traffic, and they are places where sexual traffic is conducted.
