A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a director of C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) in the racing-si, and C is a company that manufactures and sells the indoor marina pipe using the flaco.

The Defendant, while supplying the indoor marina pipes to be used by the Korea Power Plant, submitted the following modifications to the test report on products in order to pretend that the products meet the supply standards: (a) the Defendant supplied the indoor marina pipes to D; (b) the Defendant supplied the indoor marina pipes to be used by the Yong-dong Power Plant; (c)
