A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Regarding the test report of September 24, 2012;

A. On September 24, 2012, the Defendant, at the C office located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, posted the figures printed from “1.44” to “1.84” to “1.84” among the test reports (D) issued by the Director of the Korea Testing and Research Institute, and copied them, and then sent the modified test report to E employee whose name is unknown at that time, by facsimile as if it were a document duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant altered one copy of the test report in the name of the president of the Korea Testing Research Institute, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, and exercised it.

On October 2012, at the above C office, the Defendant added the number printed on the “30m” of the test report (D) issued by the head of the Korea Testing and Research Institute of Korea with “20m”, and the “20m” and the “30m” with the “30m” and the “30m” respectively, and copied it, and then sent the modified test report to employees by facsimile as if the document was duly formed.

2. Regarding the test results of January 24, 2013;
