1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 10, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On September 24, 2014, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with C to lease three lots of land, including D, E, and F (hereinafter “instant land”), including KRW 10 million, monthly rent of KRW 10 million, and from September 25, 2014 to September 25, 2019, the Defendant established a fence on the instant land with the name “G (hereinafter “instant camping”). The Defendant operated a camping site under the name of “G (hereinafter “instant camping”).
B. On February 24, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sublease contract (hereinafter “the instant sublease contract”) with the following contents that the Defendant subleases the Plaintiff by setting the instant camping site as the lease deposit amounting to KRW 165 million, KRW 1 million per month, and the lease term from March 1, 2016 to September 25, 2017.
Real Estate Lease Agreement
