1. The defendants deliver to the plaintiff the real estate stated in the attached list.
2. The Defendants jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff on February 1, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From around 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the instant building owned D from D in KRW 40,00,000, and KRW 4,300,000 per month in rent; (b) completed the following contract regarding the instant building between Defendant B and Defendant B on February 1, 2014; and (c) received KRW 10,000,000 from Defendant B on the same day.
10,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 3,800,000 (payment on 10,000 per month) for the lease of the above immovables (Article 2), the lessee shall pay the lessor the security deposit as follows:

Refund of KRW 10,00,000 on March 10, 2016 (10,000,000 shall be paid to the lessor at the time of the contract, and KRW 9,00,000,000 shall be paid on March 10, 2014 each month, and KRW 3,80,000 shall be paid on March 10, 2014). (Article 3) Title of real property shall be expressed on February 1, 2014.
(b) (Article 4) The period of the preceding three years shall be 24 months from the date on which the lessee has ordered the lease to specify the real estate; and
1.B below is delegated with all powers concerning the operation of the Institute of Public Notice, such as the management of the Institute of Public Notice and the collection of entrance fees, and in return, 12,800,000 won (the monthly rent of KRW 3,800,000) by the 10th day of each month.
2. Monthly rent may be changed following the renewal of a contract with the owner of the building after the rent.
B. The Plaintiff agreed to raise the monthly rent of KRW 4,300,000 with Defendant B around May 2014, but on November 12, 2014, with Defendant C, the wife of Defendant B, KRW 10,000,000 as follows, with respect to the instant building, shall be paid and received on February 1, 2014 and paid KRW 4,30,000 on the last day of each month.
Article 2 (Duration) The sub-lease shall deliver the said real estate to the sub-lessee by February 1, 2014, and the sub-lease period shall be from the date of delivery to January 31, 2016.
Article 4 (Termination of Contract) If the amount of arrears in the rent of the sub-lessee falls short of the amount of two installments or violates Article 3.
