1. The defendants deliver to the plaintiff the real estate stated in the attached list.

2. The Defendants jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff on February 1, 2016.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. From around 2007, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the instant building owned D from D in KRW 40,00,000, and KRW 4,300,000 per month in rent; (b) completed the following contract regarding the instant building between Defendant B and Defendant B on February 1, 2014; and (c) received KRW 10,000,000 from Defendant B on the same day.

Article 4 (Termination of Contract) If the amount of arrears in the rent of the sub-lessee falls short of the amount of two installments or violates Article 3.
