A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 4, 2010, the Defendant: (a) entered “C”, “D”, “resident registration number”, and “D, etc. in the husband’s name column of the married party using a black pen on the form of the marriage report which was kept in the place of the public service center of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of Gwangju Metropolitan City, 77 Gwangju Metropolitan City; and (b) held in advance the same.

C’s seal was affixed next to his name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a marriage report in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, submitted a forged marriage report to a public official in charge of false names, who is aware of the forgery, as described in Paragraph 1, and exercised the same time and place.

3. The Defendant, at the same time, at a place as set forth in paragraph 1, had a public official who is not entitled to the name set forth in paragraph 2, file a false report on marriage with himself/herself and C, thereby having the public official enter false facts in the electronic records of family relationship, which is an electronic records, into the electronic records register of family relations.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 3, had the electronic records be kept and exercised at a time and place, stating false facts, as Paragraph 3.
