Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated “C” and “D” on the identification column of the marriage report kept at his/her office for the purpose of exercising his/her authority; (b) forged one copy of the marriage report under the name of C, which is a private document with respect to the rights and obligations on which he/she affixs his/her seal attached to the name; and (c) submitted a forged marriage report to the public official in charge of the office, which is a private document with respect to the rights and obligations.

On February 23, 2012, when the Defendant, such as an electronic record, etc., recorded false records, and an electronic record recorded false records, was placed at the red-gun around February 23, 2012, the Defendant submitted a forged marriage report at the office as described in the above paragraph (1), and had the public official in charge submit a false report as if he/she was married with C, and had the public official in charge record the false facts recorded. Around that time, the office had the public official keep the same electronic record as the C’s family relation register, which recorded false facts.
