Defendant

A, along with G, intended to operate an illegal game room with the trade name of H H in Busan H in the second floor and I in the second floor. G intended to create a game room operation fund and seek employees such as money exchange in the game room, Defendant A intended to purchase and install a game machine and furniture, and to take charge of the management of employees by concluding a lease contract in its own name.

No one shall distribute or use game products, the contents of which are different from those of the rating, and exchange such tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of the game products.
