Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall kill an animal by cruel methods, such as hanging trees, etc.

Nevertheless, at around 20:35 on May 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) performed an act of killing one ma in a tree when she saw one mari that he/she had placed on the tree at the opening bridge of the Seocho-si, Suwon-si; and (b) died.
