Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall kill an animal by cruel methods, such as hanging trees.

On June 21, 2015, at around 14:10 on June 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) covered the Defendant’s house located in Busan Seo-gu C, with the string of strings on the back bridge owned by the Defendant; (b) cut the strings on the wooden strings; and (c) caused the death of the strings using gas soil.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act of killing animals in a cruel manner.
