When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall kill an animal by cruel methods, such as killing or hanging trees, on the street or any other open place.

Nevertheless, at around 11:30 on March 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) died of a dog kid on trees located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) around 8, 2014, the 11:30.
