Punishment of the crime

No person shall kill an animal by cruel methods, such as hanging trees, etc.

Nevertheless, at around 10:30 on May 30, 2015, the Defendant died in a cruel manner that the dogs raised by the Defendant were fastened in front of the Defendant’s house in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si.
