A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Trade in marijuana;
A. On November 4, 2016, the Defendant, in the vicinity of E Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, purchased narcotics, etc., using approximately 300,000 won in a name-free box (hereinafter “G”) located in the FK5 passenger car that the Defendant was driving in the direction of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and purchased approximately 300,000 won in a name-free box (hereinafter “G”).
B. On November 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold approximately KRW 150,00,00 from H among the two grams of marijuana purchased from the said G in the said K5 passenger car that the Defendant was driving in the same direction of the Cheonggu-dong of Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) sold approximately 1,50,000,000 won of marijuana, which is contained in vinyl paper.

On December 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 450,000 won to the above G in front of the building in the non-commercial building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Newdong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and approximately 3g of marijuana (oneg of 3g of plastic gram) contained in the vinyl bed.
(d)
On December 1, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 450,000 from H in front of the office of “J”, a seller of the Mayang, Gangnam-gu Seoul, and sold approximately three grams of marijuana, contained in the vinyl paper purchased from G, as above.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed the mathn load of marijuana held by H in the “J” office, and smoked marijuana in a way of h and K with a smoke that occurred by attaching a rab with a rab, while driving it together with H and K.
B. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant putting about 0.2g of marijuana possessed by H in the pipe for smoking, which was made by the Defendant in a k5 passenger car in Gangnam-gu Seoul, which was driven by the Defendant at the Seocho-gu, Seoul, and smoked in a way of h and a horseing by inserting a fire with H.
