A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall possess, own, use, or control psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as "psychotropic drugs referred to in item (a)") or other psychotropic drugs containing such drugs, which might be misused or abused, are not used for medical treatment, and are in lack of safety, and may be misused or abused by any misuse or abuse of them (hereinafter referred to as "psychotropic drugs referred to in item (a)").

1. The Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on February 2, 2013, within the screen golf course located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C.

MaWH-018, as well as the related similar body, used synthetic marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of leaves (i.e., synthetic marijuana; hereinafter referred to as “synthetic marijuana”) containing the psychotropic drugs in the pipe for smoking, attaching a fire to E, F, etc., and using the smoke.

2. At around 15:00 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5gg of synthetic marijuana into the pipe for smoking, attaching a fire to E, and completing the postponement, within the motor vehicle for the hold-of-land owned by the E that was parked in the alley of Gwa Holdings located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. On March 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana into the pipe for smoking at the smoking room of the International Movie Center located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and attaching a fire to E, F, J, etc. with a smoke, and by drinking the smoke.

4. On March 22, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana into the pipes created by the cenz E63 car, which was parked in the alleys of the L Building near the Defendant’s residence in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and attaching a fire to it.

5. At around 16:00 on March 24, 2013, the Defendant put about approximately 0.5g of synthetic marijuana in the pipe for smoking marijuana in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with a fire attached to the pipe for smoking marijuana, and has a smoke spread with E, F, etc.
