Punishment of the crime

[Power of repeated crime] On January 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny, theft, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and on February 4, 2017, the Defendant was released from detention after being revoked from detention at the Incheon Detention House, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 7, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. A special larceny Defendant: (a) around September 29, 2017, at around 04:45, up to the “E” restaurant of the victim D’s “E” in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C and the first floor; (b) caused the back glass of the store to be defrised with brickd and intruded into that door, and had a safe of KRW 300,000,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On September 22, 2017, around 04:35, the Defendant intruded into a “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City by means of the window not opened to the “H” restaurant, and subsequently stolen the Defendant, holding approximately KRW 40,000 in total, the number of the broadcasts owned by the victim, which were located in the “O” depository in the relevant place.

B. On September 22, 2017, around 04:52, the Defendant intruded into the “K” restaurant operated by the victim J, which was located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and then stolen KRW 90,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim within the front line, from the outside line.

3. On August 23, 2017, around 04:37, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, went into a “N” restaurant for the operation of the victim M in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, through an empty space located above the front side of the city, and then colors the object to be stolen at the port, but the Defendant did not go away from the wind with the emergency level of the unmanned warning system.
