A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On November 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor and eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at night in the Seoul Central District Court on the following grounds: (a) on June 23, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in an Ansan Prison.

1. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:24, the Defendant: (b) opened an automatic entrance that was not set up at the “E Fitor Center” for the victim’s D operation in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (c) intruded into the said center; and (d) carried the cash in the possession of the victim’s cash stored in the account book for the location; and (d) carried out 80,000 won.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen another's property.
2. On October 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at around 03:00 on October 24, 2017, at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; (b) destroyed the reading book by taking back back the back door of the place; and (c) invaded into the above restaurant and carried out a total of KRW 44,000 in cash, including KRW 23,00,000, and KRW 21,000,000, in cash located in the above restaurant;
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by destroying door at night and impairing a structure.

1. On October 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 00:30 on October 14, 2017, at the “K” office operated by the victim J on the 1 and 3rd floor; (b) destroyed the lock door and opened the door and intruded into the above office, and carried out a cash amount of KRW 280,000 in cash owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property by destroying door at night and impairing a structure.
2. On October 14, 2017, the Defendant intrudes into the above restaurant through the back door, which was not locked for the “N” restaurant operating the victim M on L with the Government-si around 08:40 on October 14, 2017, and then intrudes into the said restaurant.
