A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 22, 2015.

On February 8, 2017, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 3585,” committed theft by intrusioning into the above restaurant through a window that was not corrected before the “E food,” for the operation of the victim D in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, and then intrusion into the above restaurant, and by impairing into the structure at night with a copy of cash of KRW 430,000 and KRW 100,000,000.

In addition, from the time of theft, from December 24, 2017, the victims' property was stolen by intrusion on a structure at night more than five times in total in the same manner as the list of crimes in attached Form 2017.

On December 22, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny a structure at night, and attempted to commit a crime, even though having opened a window with the intent to steal the property and invaded upon the inside of the said child care center, on the part of the victim L in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around December 22 and 10, 2017.

A. On December 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 02:07, is a restaurant with the entrance and exit of the first floor that was not corrected in the “P” restaurant operated by the victimO located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu.
