Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On August 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on the six-month period of imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny at the Jeju District Court on August 20, 2015, which became final and conclusive on August 28, 2015, and is currently under suspended sentence, and the same criminal records are eight times more.
[Criminal Facts]
1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On November 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) had intruded the victim C into a restaurant through a “E” restaurant operated by the victim C at around 03:00 on November 5, 2016; (b) had not been corrected; (c) had intruded the victim C into the restaurant; and (d) had a cash of KRW 600,000,000, which is the ownership of the victim in the safe.
B. On November 16, 2016, around 04:00 on November 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim F of the Victim F operation in G at the Jeju-si around KRW 04:00; (b) intruded into the instant cosmetic via the window not corrected; and (c) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 15,00,000, which was owned by the victim in the instant Kabter credit cooperative.

On November 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) infringed on a structure at night against the victim I; (b) intruded the victim I into the restaurant through the “K” restaurant operated by the J on Jeju-si on November 16, 2016; and (c) stolen the victim’s total amount of KRW 10,000,000, which was owned by the Defendant.

At night on November 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim L, which was not corrected, into a restaurant, through the back of the 'N operated by the victim L in Jeju at around 23:00 on November 1, 2016; and (b) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 48,00,000, which was owned by the victim in the Kater credit cooperative.
E. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant, at night against the victimO, was in a restaurant operated by the victimO in P on December 7, 2016 at around 03:00, and opened a door by cutting off the gap between the corrected doors at the entrance.
