Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are the members of the F church in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

1. On July 27, 2014, the Defendants conspired with Defendant B and Defendant C to commit joint crimes and interfere with the said temporary worship by preventing G pastors from having access to a church, such as holding the said temporary worships by hand and holding them out of their body, who visited the said temporary church at around 11:00 on the street of the parking lot in front of the above church.

2. Defendant A explained Defendant A’s worship of a church during the worship of the worship in around 11:00 on September 21, 2014.

H Doese the above temporary towing, such as committing noise after pushing ahead of the H road, forcing the road to stand a part of the road, and thereby obstructing the worship.

3.
