Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay each of the above fines, each of them is 100.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendants conspired to obstruct (the Defendants) from around 08:30 on April 28, 2013 to enter the entrance of the E church located in Young-si District D (hereinafter “instant church”) from around 09:10, the Defendants interfered with the operation of the victim H church and the affairs concerning the operation of the said church by force by preventing the passage of vehicles entering the said church by parking three motor vehicles, such as F oths car and G car car, at the entrance of the said access road, by parking three motor vehicles, such as F oths car and G car, at the entrance of the said access road and blocking the passage of vehicles entering the said church.

2. From April 28, 2013 to around 09:00, the Defendants cited a froding card with the content that “I, the outer side of which is changed into another one, disclose the details of the loans of KRW 150 to 2 billion related to the construction, and conduct an external audit” as follows: (a) from around 08:40 on April 28, 2013 to around 09:00, the Defendants used a froding card with the content that “I, the outer side of which is changed into another one, disclose the details of the loans of KRW 150 to 2 billion, and conduct an external audit.”

In collusion, the Defendants interfered with H(U.S. name I) and their incidental services.
