Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 4, 2013, the Daejeon District Court sentenced a suspended sentence of two years to one year of imprisonment due to theft and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Daejeon District Court on July 12, 2013 and became final and conclusive on July 12, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 03:00 on September 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a 102-round 03:0,00 a 10-round 7:3,000 won in cash and 3:50,000 won in total from that time to June 13, 2014; (b) opened a 1,910,000 won in total on six occasions in total, as indicated in the attached Table 1 through 6 of the List of Crimes, in which the Defendant attempted to steal or steal a 1,00,000 won in cash and 3:3,00 won in cash owned by the victim.
2. Accordingly, the defendant used another person's automobile temporarily without the consent of the right holder.
3. Around 03:50 on June 3, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Fraud by using computers, etc. and Resident Registration (hereinafter “Defendant”) committed theft of Handphones and vehicle registration certificates owned by the victim I and became aware of the I’s resident registration numbers.
