A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 13, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at Daejeon District Court on June 13, 201; ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on June 13, 2014; on September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on September 4, 2014; and on February 4, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention District Court
1. Larceny;
A. At around 21:00 on April 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of the E-witter cargo vehicle parked on the first floor of 182-dong 102-dong 1, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 181, a 102-dong 102-dong 102 underground space; (b) cut off the driver’s seat of the instant cargo vehicle owned by the victim, which was kept in the said cargo vehicle, without correcting the vehicle’s door; and (c) continued to cut off the driver’s seat of the said passenger vehicle owned by the victim, which was parked in the same parking lot using the said Macon key.
B. On May 19, 2015, at around 02:44, the Defendant: (a) parked at the fourth floor parking lot of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Seoul, Y 130-3 Puak apartment, the fourth floor, without correcting the door of the vehicle; (b) opened a string door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door, which was kept in the above vehicle door door door door door door door door door door door door door door, cut off the vehicle by continuously driving the above 32 million Korean market price owned by the victim.
C. On June 9, 2015, around 03:40, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of MP5 car parkeded by the victim L without correcting the vehicle door; (b) cut off one copy of SSK credit card (N) owned by the victim L, which was kept in the GM5 car’s grobbbox; and (c) continuously, from around 03:48 to 03:56 on the same day, the Defendant installed at the front place of the apartment complex only.
