A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant passed a resolution to commit a larceny against an apartment parking lot or a vehicle parked on the road.
2. Theft;
A. At around 16:30 on April 29, 2014, the Defendant opened a door of the parked victim D Eknit vehicle and opened into the vehicle in his/her own custody on the same day, the Defendant, at approximately KRW 500,000 of the market price owned by the said victim, and approximately KRW 10,000 of the market price of the said victim’s “gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-gal-g.
B. At around 13:10 on April 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the victim G H Kanop vehicle parked on the front of F in Ansan-si; (b) opened the door of the victim G and entered into the vehicle; and (c) held one "profe" type equivalent to 360,000 won in the market price owned by the said victim; and (d) held one "profe" type equivalent to 380,000 won in the market price, including one "profe" type equivalent to 740,000 won in total.
C. On April 30, 2014, at around 13:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the victim J’s K rocketing car and entered into the vehicle, and (b) carried approximately KRW 150,000 of the market price owned by the said victim. D.
On April 14:10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a Nunsta vehicle in an amount of KRW 28,500,000 at the market price owned by the parked victim M and entered the vehicle into the vehicle, and (b) driven the vehicle using the smart key in the vehicle.
3. As a result, the Defendant stolen another’s property worth KRW 30,490,000 in total market value on four occasions.
