1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

(a) As from March 15, 2014, KRW 23,469,575 for each of them and its related thereto.

(2) The principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall be deemed to be filed together.

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant plaintiffs A and the defendant are children of the deceased G (the deceased on September 22, 2003, hereinafter "the deceased"), the plaintiff B is the wife of the plaintiff, and the plaintiff C and D are the children of the plaintiff.

B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to one-half shares of the deceased and the defendant among the 1/2 shares of 1,106.7 square meters of the land of this case (hereinafter “one-half share of the land of this case”) located in the Busan District Court, Busan District Court No. 7395, Aug. 19, 198, on the ground of the Defendant’s donation as of July 30, 198.

(2) Thereafter, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Defendant under the receipt No. 9928 of February 7, 2002 by the same court on the ground of the donation from February 5, 198 with respect to one-half portion of the deceased among the land No. 1 in the instant case.

C. The registration of ownership transfer was completed with respect to each of the 1/2 shares of the Plaintiff and the Defendant, among the land ownership change (1) of the land No. 2 of the case No. 2 of the case of the case of the case of the case of the case of the case of the case of the case of the No. 1/2 shares of the 1/2 shares of the 1/2 shares of the 1/2 shares of the 1/2 shares of the Busan District Court as Busan District Court No. 7396, Aug. 19, 198, respectively, on the ground of the Defendant’s donation as of July 30, 198.

(2) After that, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Defendant under the receipt No. 928 of February 7, 2002 by the same court as of February 5, 2002 due to the donation from February 5, 2002 with respect to one-half portion of the deceased among the land No. 2 of this case.

On February 2, 2002, the plaintiffs and the defendant divided the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case into half (657m2, respectively) as indicated in the annexed drawings, and entered into an agreement that shall belong to the plaintiffs, and the same side shall be owned by the defendant (hereinafter referred to as the "division agreement of this case"). A half of the pages are each indicated in the annexed drawings among the land No. 1 of this case.
