1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased D (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on February 11, 2017, and the Plaintiff and the Defendants are children of the deceased.

B. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 6, Defendant B: (a) the Suwon District Court of the Republic of Korea (U.S.); (b) the registration of ownership transfer for each reason of donation under No. 207303, Nov. 21, 2016; (c) the registration of ownership transfer for each reason of donation as to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 21/221, out of the real estate listed in paragraph (7) of the separate sheet No. 28322, Feb. 10, 2017; (d) the registration of ownership transfer for each reason stated in the separate sheet No. 28323, Feb. 10, 2017; and (e) the registration of ownership transfer for each reason stated in the separate sheet No. 28323, Feb. 6, 2017; and (e) the registration of ownership transfer for each reason stated in the separate sheet No. 20163, Feb. 16, 2017>

C. As to Defendant C’s portion of 92/221 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 7 of the attached list No. 28322, Feb. 10, 2017; the ownership transfer registration for the gift on February 6, 2017; and the ownership transfer registration for the share of 934/1141 shares of the real estate listed in the attached list No. 28324, Feb. 10, 2017; and the ownership transfer registration for the gift on February 6, 2017, which was completed on February 28324, 2017.

The real estate listed in the separate sheet 1 to 10 shall be referred to as "each land of this case", and the above

(b).

Each registration of ownership transfer stated in paragraph (1) shall be referred to as "each registration of ownership transfer of this case".
