Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 400,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed a number plate on the front registration number plate of E freight cars operated by himself/herself in order to avoid the control of the unmanned control camera in front of the D cafeteria located in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, and operated Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, by up to 18:27 on the same day.
