Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Bsch Rexton car.

No one shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and shall operate such a motor vehicle.

However, on April 13, 2018, the Defendant parked the said car on the front of the D kindergarten located in Young-gu, Young-gu, 09:30, and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by placing the registration number plate on the front of the D kindergarten located in Yong-gu to avoid the control of the crackdown on the violation of spirits installed at the said place.
