The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one shall cover a registration number plate of a vehicle or make it illegible, and shall operate such vehicle.
Nevertheless, on September 21, 2016, around 11:20, the Defendant attached a paper A4 in white paper on the following number plates to avoid control by making it difficult for the Defendant to recognize or read by using a device of unmanned traffic control camera on the street in front of the Seo-gu, Seosan apartment apartment store 967, Seo-gu, Daejeon.
The Defendant, as seen above, operated the motor vehicle which made it difficult to recognize or read on the road from around 11:40 to around 11:40 of the same day, Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, from around the street in front of the offline apartment commercial building to the front road of the offline of the Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.
Accordingly, the defendant covered a registration number plate of a motor vehicle or made it illegible, and operated such motor vehicle.
Summary of Evidence

Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act of the suspended sentence (see, e.g., Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act (i., the fact that the defendant is against his/her will, the defendant’s method of placing a registration number plate on his/her motor vehicle was simple and the degree that it is difficult to identify his/her registration number plate due to it; the defendant was removed from his/her own as long as the type of the motor vehicle registration number plate was not run; and the defendant was a first offender
(a) Punishment to be suspended: Fines of 300,000 won;
(b) Attraction of a workhouse: Articles 70 and 69 (2) (100,00 won per day) of the Criminal Act;
